Within 5 years, 95% of the company’s revenue, which annually topped $3 million dollars, was generated from new clients acquired via the Internet. After selling the company in 2002, Michael created Niche Media which specializes in helping small business owners increase their sales by utilizing the Internet and technology to retain and generate new clients.

Ross started his sales career in 1991 selling large computer systems for IBM. After learning web design skills in 1999, he became an early adopter of web-based marketing and an expert on Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Not only did Ross use his talents to create attractive websites, he also helped 100% of his clients increase revenue via better exposure on Google, Yahoo, and MSN. In 1972 John co-founded Carden and Cherry Advertising.  John is the creator of the Ernest "Hey Vern" character and went on to syndicate over 3800 commercials featuring Jim "Ernest" Varney.  He also produced, wrote, and directed the 12 Ernest movies along with a TV series that won 2 Emmy awards.  Cherry also founded 1220 exhibits (museum and trade show construction) and Hollywood Ventures (The Big Comfy Couch - 8 years on PBS).  John's traditional advertising, marketing and creative skills have crossed over to the Internet where he serves NicheWorks' clients (and affiliates) by analyzing items such as creatives and landing pages to enhance conversions.
